基于71个典型城市综合体的空间分布与演化特征分析，发现国际及一二线城市综合体更多且规模更大，商业零售正成为重要功能，并划分出九种类型，其中生产者服务型是当前主流，生活服务型将成为未来趋势。
Based on formation origin and concept features of domestic and foreign Urban Complex,the paper selects 71 typical Urban Complex to analyze its spatial distribution and evolution characteristics.It found that international city and first-tier or second-tier city have more Urban Complex,and their building scale is bigger.Business office is main features of the earliest Urban Complex,followed by residential apartments and commercial retail,and commercial retail is becoming the important function of Urban Complex in the current society.At the same time,format proportion of domestic and foreign Urban Complex including of office,retail,hotel,residential show feature of three two two.Finally,Urban Complex has been divided into nine types.Among them,producer service Urban Complex is the current mainstream model,and life service Urban Complex will become development trend in the future.
