The author will resolve the demolish and relocation of urban houses,frame two transference models of property rights,and analyze the current system,in order to improve the legislation to regulate the ownership and protection of property rights. In addition,The Compensation Ordinance on the demolish and relocation of urban houses on State-owned land,which is still a draft,will be analyzed deeply.
