REVIEWS ON THE RESEARCH OF GRADING AND ZONING CONTROL FOR MACRO-ECONOMIC OPERATION IN CHINA
综述了中国宏观经济运行分级分区调控的研究进展，指出当前“中央-省级”调控模式的弊端，并提出应转向“中央-中心城市”或“中央-经济区”模式以符合市场经济规律。
This paper in the round reviews the research progress on the grading and zoning control and its spatial organization patterns for macro-economic operation in China.The author elucidates why there are arguments on the grading control for macro-economic operation and the abuse of the present control model,i.e.“central government-provincial government control model.And also, the author points out that we must take “central government-central citiesor central “government-economic regions control model,which accords with market economic rules and regional economic development laws,for grading and zoning control to macro-economic operation according to the reform targets of economic system in China.
