基于大众点评网上超过15000条北京5A级景区评论,运用扎根理论的三级编码,识别出35个影响文化遗产景区游客满意度的因素,构建了包含旅游期望、旅游行为、核心吸引物体验、支持服务体验和游后评价五个维度的概念模型,发现核心吸引物体验和支持服务体验是两大核心因素。

Abstract

Based on more than 15000 tourist comments on Beijing 5A Scenic Area from the website of www.dianping. com,and using the three processes of grounded theory including open coding,selective coding and theoretical coding, this study found out 35 major factors influencing tourist satisfaction in scenic area of cultural heritage,constructed a conceptual model including five dimensions of travelling expectation,travelling behavior,experience of core attraction, experience of supporting service and evaluation after the tour,revealed the two core factors were experience of core attraction and experience of supporting service,and discussed future development direction for scenic area of cultural heritage from the perspective of tourist.
