On Resolving "Private Capital Managed by the Government" of Corporation Governance Structure of Rural Credit Corporative
研究了农村信用社改革后私人资本性质与政府干预导致的治理问题，提出通过融资政策吸引战略投资者实现私人资本由私人管理，以提升农村金融服务可持续性。
After reform,the capital of Rural Credit Corporative(RCC) is the private capital,so its corporation governance structure should follow the principle ofprivate capital managed by the private sector.However, due to the scattered stock and inferior shareholder,and the strong intervention incentive of provincial government, RCC's management is far from ideal,and its corporation governance shows the character ofprivate capital managed by the government.Therefore the author suggests that building of financing support policy system to attract strategic investor of private capital into RCC will help RCC introduceprivate capital managed by the private sectorand enhance its rural financial service on the sustainable base.
