EVOLUTION AND PROSPECT OF CHINA'S RESEARCH ON THE URBAN LAND OPTIMAL ALLOCATION
将中国城市土地最优配置研究分为三个阶段，指出其受经济体制改革影响，从理论转向技术方法，并建议未来加强空间最优配置、外部效应及城际土地利用关系研究。
Based on the difference of the research contents,China's research process of urban land optimal allocation was divided into three stages with the literature analysis method: the emerging period(1978—1993),the preliminary formation period(1994—2000) of research framework and the development period(2001—) of the technology and method of urban land optimal allocation.It was concluded that China's research of urban land optimal allocation was influenced by the reform of economic system,the research of urban land optimal allocation changed from theory to technology and method,China's integrated research of urban land spatial optimal allocation was insufficient,China's microscopic research of urban land spatial optimal allocation need deeper study.Further research includes spatial optimal allocation of urban land,the external effect of urban land optimal allocation,and the relation of the city and the region about land use.
