研究建立了一套上海市社会工作机构用地指标系统，可直接用于土地审批，提升土地管理水平。
This paper aims at establishing a set of system for social work establishment land occupation index in the background of state's strategy of land saving and intensification.By means of demonstration,synthetic analysis and documentation,an index system for social work establishment of Shanghai was set up.This system can be directly used in land examination and approving to become important criterion for engineering consultation,planning,designing for promoting land administration level in Shanghai.
