MergerAcquisition is increasingly prevailing. The intellectual property concerned mainly of the patent,including the propriety information is gradually taking a vital role in the company's assets. Mergeracquisition and investment in biopharmaceutical companies are also increasingly hot. It is necessary to perform detailed and well structured investigations on related intellectual property to reduce the risk and elevate the value of investments. The items and methods for this are illuminated in this paper,mostly based on the cases concerning biotechnology.
