MULTIDIMENSIONAL EVOLUTION ANALYSIS ON CONSTRUCTION LAND EXPANSION OF SPEEDY INDUSTRIALIZED AREA——A CASE STUDY OF NANHAI DISTRICT,FOSHAN
研究了快速工业化地区（以佛山南海区为例）建设用地在规模、空间和景观三个维度的扩张特征，发现其规模扩张经历了加速、超高速和持续高速三个阶段，空间扩张从相对均衡到不均衡再回归均衡，景观聚集度先降后升。
Construction Land Expansion of Speedy Industrialized Area is a compound system that inter-linked by many factors. This thesis bases on the three aspects: scale expansion, spatial expansion and sight variance to fully reveal the basic features of construction land expansion of speedy industrialized area, and also have a systemic research and expatiation on temporal and spatial evolution of construction land expansion. And results of researches show that under system arrangement and system environment from China’s reforming and opening up policy, accompanying with industrialization and the fast development of economic and society, construction land scale expansion of speedy industrialized areas, especially down-to-upstyle industrialized area successively experienced three stages: speed up stage, super-speed stage and sustaining fast speed stage. While its spatial expansion goes in a track that from relatively balance to unbalanced speedy development, then return to relatively balanced, and sight aggregated degree shows remarkable falling off, and at last go up step by step.
