The main rail lines bring a large scale of benefit to the society,and calculation of this benefit makes sense of evaluating the investment return accurately.Based on the land price function,this article establishes the estimative analysis model of the social and economic benefit.Do the case study based on the date of Beijing-Jiulong rail,and estimate the impact of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail.
