Impact of Culture-oriented Organizational Innovation on Technological Innovation: Based on the Mediating Role of Knowledge Absorptive Capability——Empirical Data from Chinese High Technology Manufacturing Industry
基于278家中国高技术制造企业的问卷调查和深度访谈数据，用结构方程模型分析了文化导向的组织创新对技术创新的直接影响，以及知识吸收能力的中介作用。
Considering the mediating role of knowledge absorptive capability,it analyzed the impact of culture-oriented organizational innovation on technological innovation. Based on the survey questionnaire and in-depth interviews of 278high-tech manufacturing enterprises,it used structural equation model( SEM) to analyze the impact of culture-oriented organizational innovation on technological innovation and the intermediary role of knowledge absorptive capability. The results show that culture-oriented organizational innovation has significant direct and positive impact on technological innovation,and knowledge absorptive capability plays the mediating role.
