Study on Scale and Regional Character of Land Fiscal Revenue in China
基于1999-2009年省级数据，分析中国土地财政收入的规模增长和区域特征，发现土地出让金依赖度上升，并将全国分为6个区域，各区域在人均GDP、产业结构等方面存在差异，为差异化发展策略提供参考。
During the urbanization time of China,land fiscal revenue always plays an important role.The rapid increasing of land fiscal revenue scale also causes more attention of scholars,government agents and the masses.This study analyzes the scale of land fiscal revenue and regional character based provincial level data of 1999-2009.The result reveals the land fiscal revenue scale of our country grows fast during past decade,and the dependence degree on land grant fee is also increasing.Combining the clustering analysis on land fiscal revenue scale and urbanization level,study divides our country into 6 parts.These regions are different in per capita GDP,proportion of tertiary industry,annual growth rate of built districts area,secondary and tertiary industry product per unit construction land and per capita actually utilized amount of foreign investment.The differentiation develop strategy can be helpful to the sustainable development of urbanization and land fiscal revenue in these region.
