Evaluation on 《R&D MANAGEMENT》 Oriented with the Method of Social Sciences Citation Analysis
基于CSSCI数据，从历时角度研究《研发管理》期刊的区域分布、机构分布和核心作者等，发现其论文质量高、理论与实务并重，被信息科学和高等教育科学引用多，高校是主要作者群体，但自引率较高。
The method of citation analysis has some characters such as objectivity,authority and convenience,using for measuring subject influence,analyzing subject structure,evaluating periodicals and other fields.Based on CSSCI,it studies the periodical RD Management on its regional distribution,institution distribution,core authors,etc.from the aspect of diachrony.Some research conclusions are as follows: the quality of papers published is high,paper contents give attention to theory and practice,literatures are often cited by information sciences,higher education sciences,and colleges become main body of authors of the journal papers.Also self-citation rate is rather high.It also points out some limits of citation analysis.
