A Research on Strategic Networks of Technology Innovation in Chinese Pharmaceutical Firms

The theory of strategic networks argues that networks composed of the cooperative and competitive relationships among the firms profoundly influence their conduct and performance. Based on the analysis of the strategic networks of the pharmaceutical firms in China at present situation,and on the combination of strategic networks with technology innovation,it points out that Chinese pharmaceutical firms should construct their strategic networks to improve the capability of technology innovation by strengthening cooperation with the network members in appropriate ways and utilizing the network resources fully.
