The Evolution of Entrepreneurship Theory——An Introduction from the Perspective of the Implementation of Entrepreneur's Idiosyncratic Human Capital
梳理了创业理论在企业家职能、禀赋和过程三条路径上的演进，揭示其逻辑关系，指出创业本质是企业家特质人力资本的实施，为从人力资本产权实施机制角度研究创业奠定基础。
Based on previous researches,it finds out three evolutional paths of entrepreneurship theory.The first one is the evolution from manufacture organization to social economic development on the aspect of entrepreneur's function.The second is the evolution from personality and psychological characters of entrepreneur to its resource on the aspect of entrepreneur's endowments.The third is the amalgamation and separation among traditional management theories on the aspect of entrepreneurial process.Furthermore,it reveals the logic relationships among these three evolutional paths.Finally,it points out that the essence of entrepreneurship is the implementation of entrepreneur's idiosyncratic human capital,which settles the base for the entrepreneurship research from the perspective of implementation mechanism of human capital property right.
