Community in Northwest Cities——A Case Study of Yining City
以伊宁市为例，通过定性研究和案例分析，深入分析了西北多民族城市中政府主导的社区管理模式，并从经济、国家、社会和民族因素探讨其成因与趋势。
The management of multi-ethnic community in city is an interdisciplinary academic problem which has been less concerned in academic field,so the study on this question has theoretical and practical significance.This paper took Yining City as an example to research the management of multi-ethnic community in northwestern cities of China.Through numbers of qualitative research and case study,the paper made a deep and thorough analysis on government-led management model which is often adopted by multi-ethnic community cities in northwestern area of China.Besides,it also has described the causes and future trend of this model from economic,state,society and ethnic factors.
