In resent years,rural residential pattern has changed obviously as follows:multi-storey buildings are becoming more and more popular;construction quality of rural house is continuously improved;villages' layout is inclined to be centralized;and house area per farmer is constantly increased.As a whole,rural residential conditions are obviously improved.Transform of dwelling demand is the inner driving force of rural residential pattern's change.Although the change of rural residential condition and residential pattern is the inevitable results of dwelling demand's convertion,rural residential construction aims at showing wealth should be avoided and guided to return to rationality in consideration of the limited land resources in China.
