Research on Optimal Development Pattern of Yunnan Central Urban System
通过多标准评估和GIS方法，为云南中部经济区提出四种发展模式，并选择网络云南作为最终模式，但因其空间网络弱、发展不平衡，采用分阶段引导策略，2030年前实施区域云南模式，之后转型为网络云南模式，以实现生态安全、资源集约和经济繁荣的统一。
The URBAN AGGLOMERATION PLAN of Yunnan Central Economic Region(YCER),developed under chinese-foreign cooperation,uses multiple criteria to formulate four developments models Scattered Yunnan, Regional Yunnan, Metropolitan Yunnan and Network Yunnan by the way of GIS and differentiated urban planning approaches,and explores a relatively reasonable scenario for the development of YCER in the future.Based upon a thorough evaluation on sustainability scale, Network Yunnan development model is selected as an ultimate model for YCER.But since YCER characterized by a weak spatial network and an unbalanced development,is not yet prepared for realization of the corresponding development,a Phased Guiding Priority(PGP) strategy is adopted,where up to 2030,the development model of YCER will be Regional Yunnan,and after 2030 it will be transformed into Network Yunnan.In this way,YCER will develop stably and methodically and finally achieve the unification of ecological security,energy and resources intensification and economic prosperity.
