针对中国快速城市化中建设用地需求增长与供给受限的矛盾,采用分类回归法和逆推法估算上海2015年和2020年的建设用地极限规模,为优化用地结构提供科学依据。

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,an increasing demand for construction land has taken place.Under the condition of controlled supply and rising demand,the gross scale of urban construction land of some metropolises is approaching its utmost scale.Based on the existing research achievement,two kinds of estimating methods such as classification and regressive method,inverse method are applied respectively to estimate the utmost scale of construction land in Shanghai.Integrated the aims of economic development with ecological security,the estimating result for utmost scale of construction land in Shanghai is 26.92×104~27.17×104 hectares in 2015 and 26.00×104~29.15×104 hectares in 2020 respectively.The purpose of estimation is not only to provide scientific basis for adjusting and optimizing the scale and structure of construction land in Shanghai,but also to enrich estimating method of utmost scale of construction land.
