From "farmers to workers" to "farmers to citizens"——the change and effect of the settlement for land expropriation

To solve the living and working problems of the whose lands are expropriated, two methods for settlement, farmers to workers and farmers to citizens are undertaken. According to the analysis made by the author, the method of farmers to workers has got into trouble due the reform of the social system, and the method of farmer to citizens, which was only a secondary choice before, becomes the prevailing solution. A great number of the getting into the city would depend on the social ensuring for minimum living standard due to their lower education level. So the method of farmers to citizens could not be carried abroad. Different to the two ways mentioned above, the mode of compensation depending on the market price and free job choosing will become a new way for land expropriation.
