On urban integration view of the old town rebuilding and new district development

As the important parts of the city integrative development,the old town rebuilding and new district development are linked closely and mutually supplementary.On the basis of the analysis of the relations of the old town and the new district,this paper points out the misunderstanding areas in the old town rebuilding and new district development and the following problems,then it puts forward some measures such as the policies\|making,the application of fund and planning management to reach the coordinate growth of the old town rebuilding and new district development.
