CAUSES ANALYSES ABOUT FARMERS' OVERGRAZING——AN INVESTIGATION OF FARMERS COMING FROM SUNAN COUNTY LYING IN HEIHE RIVER BASIN
通过对黑河流域肃南县141户农民的调查，从农户行为角度分析了导致过度放牧的根本原因，包括支出需求增加、收入增长缓慢、预期收入不稳定、收入来源单一及生态支付意愿低。
At the present time,grassland degradation in China is serious which has been a main handicap to environmental protection and economic development in pasturing areas.Many factors including natural ones and factitious ones contribute to grassland degradation,and the former ones are not dominant resulted in large-scale grassland degradation of China in recently 50 years.Actually,the latter ones are the dominant.Among all factitious factors,overgrazing is generally accepted as the primary one resulted in grassland degradation.Being the microcosmic principal on grassland utilization and management,and at the same time, being the ultimate reactor to all the management behaviors of government and various systems,directly and indirectly,farmers play important role in grassland ecosystem,so do household behavior.141 farmers residing in Sunan County where grassland seriously degraded were investigated,the concerned statistical data were analyzed,and the immanent causes were elucidated from the point of household behavior.It was concluded that such factors are the radical ones resulted in farmers' overgrazing,namely,increasing expense demand,slowing income increment,lacking in stability of anticipating income,simplex income approaches and low will to pay for ecological environment in addition.
