Mixed Community Based on the Theory of New Urbanism:a New Approach of City Suburbanization
研究中国大中城市郊区化中高收入与低收入居民分离的问题，提出基于新都市主义理论构建混合社区以恢复社区异质性与和谐性。
Many big and medium cities in China have begun following the process of suburbanization. In this process, there is an evident problem that high-qualified and low-qualified residences separate from each other, which destroys the heterogeneity and harmony in communities. The cause of that is not the class-ridden idea, but the cryptic concept about the process of city suburbanization. This concept is that the residence suburbanization is more important than others in city suburbanization, as a result, the whole lives of people are split in this process. In order to solve this problem, we should construct a mixed community based on the theory of new urbanism.
