STUDY ON THE PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF SMALL TOWNS CONSTRUCTION AND LAND USE——A CASE STUDY IN NANJING CITY
分析了小城镇建设对土地集约利用的正负面影响，以南京市为例指出发展中的问题，并探索了协调小城镇健康发展与合理利用土地的途径。
There are some hot spots popularly concerned in small towns construction, and the very core of them is the land use. After analyzing the positive and negative effects which small towns' construction gives land intensive use, by a case study in Nanjing City, this article put forward a lot of troubles in the process of small town development. Then, some ways were explored that how to coordinate the relationship between developing small towns healthily and using land reasonably.
