ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT CONSTRUCTION AND ELEMENTARY STUDY OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF FUJIAN PROVINCE DURING ITS ECONOMIC REVOLUTIONAL TIME
研究了福建省经济转型对生态环境的影响，提出四项建议：建立生态监测系统、将资源环境成本纳入国民经济核算、利用市场机制建立补偿机制、将生态保护与经济结构调整结合。
Based on the study of the actuality and existent question of Fujian province ecological environment and the effect to theFujian ecological province environment construction due to its economic revolution, this paper praises the meaning and four piecesof suggestion about Fujian province ecological environment construction: Firstly, carry out ecological environment research of Fu-jian province and set up ecological environment dynamic monitor system; Secondly, count the cost of resources and environmentinto national economy accounting system in the priciple of green accounting theory; Thirdly, fully utilize market mechanism,build and strengthen resources and environment market and compensation mechanism; Finally, associate preservation of ecologi-cal environment with adjustment of national economy structure.
