THE PLANNING AND DESIGNING MODEL IN CROPLAND CONSOLIDATION AND IT'S OPERATING MODEL BASED ON ENVIRONMENTAL ETHICS
分析了农田整理中忽视环境伦理的现象，基于环境伦理提出了规划与设计模型及运行范式，并引入生态板、生态孔等新概念，在浙江义乌佛堂镇的项目中验证了模型的有效性。
The article analyzes some phenomena and reasons, which are not considered environmental ethics in the cropland consolidation. Based on environmental ethics, this study develops the planning and designing model in cropland consolidation and its operating paradigm. Moreover, some new notions, such as ecotypic board, ecotypic hole, ecotypic island and ecotypic boundary, are raised in the paper. The model is used in a cropland consolidation project that is located at a town, Fotang, in the Yiwu county, Zhejiang province. And it shows the model is convenient and efficient for planning and designing cropland consolidation.
