Pride of Urbanization:the Understanding of Current Urbanization in China
本文探讨中国城市化加速阶段出现的表面化现象，分析其成因（如土地税制、城乡土地制度）和后果（如耕地占用、新城市贫困），并提出智慧增长等思考。
Urbanization in China is going through the acceleration phase.However,in this context,China's urbanization have shown a superficial urbanization which focus on the proportion of urban population,city size and other hard targets.This article aims to explore the phenomenon of urbanization that includes phenomenon,mainly in the passive statistics and spatial of passive transfer.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the causes(value of the land under the tax system demands,urban-rural land system,urbanization as an important indicator of the city)and consequences(the occupation of rural land,generate new urban poverty groups,accelerate the polarization of urban living space)for revealing the neglect of the social contradictions behind the glory of urbanization.Furthermore,the paper concludes with three aspects of thinking: Smart Growth,statistical methods change,active circulation.
