STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF ISLAND-TOWN ACCORDING TO EFFECTS OF SEAPORT ECONOMY——A CASE STUDY ON YANGSHAN PORT AND ITS NEIGHBORING ISLANDS
基于港口产业演化理论，以那霸港和洋山港为例，分析了区域中心海港对邻近岛屿的经济效应，并提出了包括区位调整、城市化、二产升级和三产繁荣在内的海岛城镇发展战略。
Based on review of industry evolution theory of port, this paper gives a case analysis to the Naha port and its regional effects on neighboring island. Then author provides several development strategies to island-town according to the effects from regional center seaport by analyzing the Yangshan port and its around islands. These strategies include location change strategy, urbanization strategy, upgrading secondary industry strategy and prospering third industry strategy.
