Practice and Prospect of Low Carbon City Development in China
梳理了中国低碳城市发展从局部试点到区域推广的现状，总结了世界自然基金会、国家发改委等主导的三个试点项目的初步成果，指出地方政府积极性高、模式因地制宜，但也存在标准提升、低碳规划编制和公众生活方式转变等需改进的问题。
In essence,the problem of global climate change is a problem with regard to development.Sustainable development is the only way to achieve sound and solve the problem resulted from climate change.Chinese low carbon city development is now at the stage between partial demonstration and regional popularizing.During the past 3 years,leading by the three main pilot projects conducted by World Wide Foundation,National Development and Reform Commission and National Sustainable Community,the low carbon city development in China has achieved the first fruits,the local government has shown high initiative,and developmental pattern is accord with the actual local situation,however,there are also some problems need to be improved by employing new methods,such as promoting the criterion,compiling the low-carbon oriented planning,and change the public life style.
