RESEARCH PROGRESS AND REFLECTION OF NATIONAL MARINE PARK IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES
基于近十年国外文献，从目的意义、环境影响、渔业与旅游发展、选址规划、管理治理、监测能力、利益相关者等方面梳理国家海洋公园研究进展，并提出中国建设思路。
Based on the recent ten years of foreign literature review and analysis,the research progress of national marine park are analyzed.The analysis is classified into some aspects: the purpose and the meaning,the environment impact,fishery development impact,tourism development impact of national marine park;the site selection and the planning;management and administration;environmental monitoring and control capacity;stakeholders and cooperation etc.The research of national marine park has formed a complete system at abroad.And then the author put forward some construction ideas of national marine park of China.The construction ideas include popularizing the basic concept,improving laws and regulations,rational program and construction,scientific operation and management and so on.
