Different Housing Subsidies Policies in America:Review of Performance

In this paper,we study the development process of housing policy in America.We focus on the most important housing subsidies programs,such as the public housing program,Section 235,Section 236 and Section 8.We review the performance and the direction of these housing programs which will provide some valuable evidence for the housing policy of China.
