A GIS-BASED STUDY ON SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF LAND PRICES ——THE CASE OF RESIDENTIAL LAND PRICES IN BEIJING
利用1998-2003年北京住宅用地价格数据,通过GIS和统计方法绘制价格分布图,分析其空间分布特征及成因,发现价格分布既有连续性也有变异性,并提出了价格梯度和坡向两个指标。
Based on the common residential land prices data in Beijing from 1998 to 2003, GIS and statistical method was taken to get a series of distribution maps on the common residential land prices, by which this paper explored the spatial distribution of residential land prices and its cause of formation. The results show that the spatial distribution of land prices is not only of continuity, but also of variability. There are still spatial difference on land prices gradient and slope direction that were put forward as two indicators of the spatial distribution of land price.
