HEALTHY URBANIZATION AND REFORM OF RURAL LAND SYSTEM
分析了城镇化中土地利用问题，指出政府垄断土地市场是根源，提出改革农村土地制度以打破垄断、发挥市场作用、保障失地农民权益，促进健康城镇化。
With rapid urbanization, a large number of rural land are transformed into urban land inevitably. Now facing population expanding and the challenge of urbanization and industrialization, how to deal with the relationship of land use and urban development on base of great population and relative shortage cultivated land is most important issue. This article analyzes problems during urbanization, and points out the basic reason is that government molopolizes land market resulting from defects of rural land system. So rural land system must reform. This thesis attempts to do research on reform path .The purpose of reform is to break the government molopoly, make market acting main role in land use , and guarantee rights of land loss farmers. Thus it proposes to accelerate the rapid and healthy development of urbanization.
