High Speed Rebuilding Leads to Culture Lag during the Reconstruction of "Wenchuan Earthquake"
研究了汶川地震后高速重建中技术文化快速被接受但相关价值观和制度未能同步，导致城市空间扩展与居民旧生活习惯、城市功能变化与居民关系等出现文化滞后现象。
The high speed rebuilding after Wenchuan Earthquake is in fact the modernization course for those west cities that suffered in the earthquake.During this modernization course,technology culture is accepted quickly but relevant values,systems and so on are not populated in those cities.Thus,the imbalance between technology culture and adapted culture appeared.The culture lag phenomena include: the disorder between city space extending and the residents' old living customs,the disorder between the change of city function and the corelation of residents and so on.
