STUDY ON THE INDUSTRIAL LOCATION QUESTIONS AND ITS TARGET AND MODE OF RECONSTRUCTION IN THE NORTHEAST OLD INDUSTRIAL BASE
分析了东北老工业基地产业空间结构问题，提出通过产业空间转移和资源重组实现重构，目标是形成产业集群、培育区域创新网络、提升竞争力，并举例沈阳铁西区搬迁和长春汽车配件产业建设。
The Northeast old industrial base's industry spatial structure question are as follows: industry spatial connection is lack,regional cooperation degree is low,enterprise spatial organization structure is defect,etc.So,it is natural that we reconstruct industrial location of the Northeast old industrial base.The way of reconstruction is that the industrial spatial shift and resources recombination,the goal of reconstruction are formation of industrial clusters,cultivating regional innovative networks,promoting regional competitiveness.On this basis,the author analyses two cases of industrial and construction——the relocation of Tiexi old industry district and the construction of automobile accessories industry of Changchun industrial economic and technological development zone,offering the real example of industrial relocation for Northeast old industrial base.Finally,the article further thinks some questions that should be paid attention.
