CORRELATIVE MECHANISM AND DYNAMIC ECONOMETRIC ANALYSIS BETWEEN FDI AND URBANIZATION IN CHINA
使用协整、格兰杰因果检验等方法分析1983-2007年中国数据，发现外商直接投资长期是城市化的格兰杰原因，对城市化影响大，反之则小。
With the development of foreign direct investment(FDI) and urbanization,they interact each other.This study explores the relationship between FDI and urbanization.Basing on correlative mechanism,some dynamic econometric methods such as cointegration,Granger causality tests,and IRF are used to analyze data from 1983 to 2007.Results show that FDI is the Granger causality to urbanization in a long term.FDI makes great impact on urbanization,but urbanization makes little impact on FDI.In the end,some recommendations are discussed to facilitate urbanization and FDI.
