THE BASIC THINKING ON THE REGIONAL COOPERATION BETWEEN THE RENOVATION OF THE NORTHEAST OLD INDUSTRIAL BASE AND THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF INNER MONGOLIA
以区域经济一体化为指导，分析东北老工业基地改造与内蒙古经济发展的关系，指出合作障碍、主要领域和促进措施，旨在实现经济要素优化配置，推动该区域成为中国经济增长第四极。
Northeast Economic Zone is composed of three provinces in the northeast part and the east of Inner Mongolia.In China it is the first big economic zone with a relative complete structure,natural conditions and a solid base for the regional economic cooperation.By taking regional economic integration as its guide and taking regional divisions and cooperation as a key issue,this paper analyses and studies the relations between the renovation of the northeast old industrial base and the economic development of Inna Mongolia in the implementation of the strategy of the renovation of the base.The paper further points out the hindering factors,the main regional cooperation areas and the general measures in promoting the cooperation in the zone in order to realize the optional location of economic factors within the zone,speed up the process of the renovation and make the zone the fourth pole in China's economic growth and development.
