Problems and Countermeasures of Biohazard Prevention by Local Government in Dongting Lake Area
研究了洞庭湖区地方政府在生物危害防治方面的现状，指出其在基础、技术和体系建设上存在的问题，并提出了加强预案、信息发布、互动救援和法律建设的对策。
The Donting lake area is one of the most serious biohazard places in China.According to our research,local government has made some achievements in biohazard prevention of Donting lake area at present,including preliminary establishment of disaster warning mechanism,progressive elaboration of disaster reduction and relief mechanism and reasonable arrangement of disaster aftermath.Several problems also exist in foundations,techniques and system construction of disaster prevention.Therefore,it needs to strengthen the system construction of disaster prevention plan,to improve disaster information release system,to complete interactive disaster relief system and to advance legal construction of disaster prevention.
