分析了徐州连云港经济带建设的历程、成就、问题及原因，提出了21世纪初该经济带建设的战略思路与对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the course, achievements, problems and reasons for the problems of the construction of Xuzhou-Lianyungang economic zone, the strategic thinking of this zone construction in the early period of 21st century, including its guiding ideology, basic principles and strategic focal points, is discussed. The countermeasures and proposals of speeding up the zone construction are advanced.
