The Relationship among Regional Policy, Population Structure and Industrial Structure Based on Consumer Spending——A Case of Guangdong Province
研究了广东省改革开放30年后区域政策和人口结构变化如何通过消费支出影响三次产业增长，发现家庭消费是重要推动力，而政策对第一产业有负向影响、对二三产业正向，且人口结构变化会削弱政策对第三产业的作用。
The adjustment of industrial structure is affected by consumer spending and the changes of regional policies and population structure.By the analysis of dynamic development of industrial and population structure in Guangdong province after 30 years’reform and openness,this paper has done an empirical research on the mechanism of the impact of regional policies and population structure in Guangdong province on the increase in the economic growth of its three industries.The results showed that the rise in household consumption was an important force to promote the growth in three industries,while the changes in regional policies imposed negative impacts on the first industrial economy and positive impacts on the secondary and tertiary industry.The dynamics of population structure could change the impacts of regional policies on each industry respectively,which means that regional policies could no longer significantly affect the increase in the tertiary industry when a change happened to the population structure.Base on the impacts of changes of regional policies and population structure on the industrial structure,this paper put forward some relevant suggestions in order to promote the development of industrial economy.
