The Spatial Distribution and Elements of Regional Innovation Platforms in Zhejiang Province
分析了浙江省区域创新平台的空间分布和集聚特征，发现其分布不均、南北差异明显，杭州湾是核心区域，影响因素包括政府财政支持和科研教育投入。
It is critical levers for promoting regional innovation ability that integrating regional innovation resources,optimizing resources allocation, consummating regional innovation platforms in the era of knowledge economy. The paper make an analysis to explore the spatial distribution and clustering as well as factors by using many methods such as kernel density estimate,exploratory spatial data analysis and geographical analysis.The result shows: in recent years,regional innovation platforms in Zhejiang presented unevenly distributed in general;south-north differences of the spatial distribution of regional innovation platforms in Zhejiang is clear,which is show that have large kernel areas in north of Zhejiang and small kernel areas in south of Zhejiang; regional innovation platforms in Zhejiang presented obvious characteristic of spatial distribution, especially that Hangzhou Bay was the core area of construction and development of regional innovation platforms; the factors are mainly governmental financial support and inputs of researchers and education expenses.
