A new phase of underground space development in China
本文回顾了中国地下空间开发从1960年代末起步到1980年代中期进入新阶段的过程，指出随着城市化推进，政府需制定战略并立法控制资源，同时重视高技术应用以引导合理开发。
Underground space development in China started by the end of 1960s under special circumstances both at home and abroad.After 20 years initial development,it has come into a new phase matching with the economic development since middle of 1980s.Along with urbanization,broad prospect of underground space is witnessed and its utilizing diversified.As to the amount and extent of utilization,the government should carefully tailor development strategy and legislate it by law so as to grasp and control the resource of underground space and guide its proper development.In the developing course,hi-tech must be employed and paid high regard.Consideration should be given to related industries with the high-tech development as catalyst.
