Study on the Efficiency Evaluation and Optimization Approach of Regional Allocation of Construction Land
基于经济学最优分配原理，提出建设用地区域配置效率概念与评价模型，并对1997-2006年中国大陆进行实证分析，发现效率波动且可通过向高效区域倾斜配置来提升。
Based on the optimum distribution principle of economics,this paper proposed the concept of regional allocation efficiency of construction land and its evaluative model according to the feature of construction land use.Then,a positive evaluation on regional allocation efficiency of construction land in mainland China,from 1997 to 2006,was carried out.The results showed that regional allocation efficiency of construction land refers to the overall efficiency of each construction land used in different areas,and it can be measured by the difference of marginal output of construction land used in different areas.The positive results of mainland China also showed that the regional allocation efficiency of construction land fluctuated in the past 10 years.It is highly effective to increase the marginal output of areas with lower land use efficiency,and allocate more construction land to the areas with higher efficiency.
