The Central Village Construction in the Healthy Urbanization: A Case Study of Dongtai City in Jiangsu Province
以江苏东台市为例，分析了乡村发展现状和利益相关者需求，指出中心村建设存在规划任务分配、资金不足、基础设施差等问题，并提出建议。
From the perspective of healthy urbanization,this paper conducts an empirical study on the construction of central village,using Dongtai city in Jiangsu as a case study.On the base of analyzing the present situation and features of the rural development and the needs of different stakeholders,this paper clarifies the problems in the previous construction of central villages,which mainly include the assigning task of planning compilation and the operation to be improved,the limited construction funds and the slow process of construction,the poor condition of infrastructure and the small scale of the central villages,lack of power in plan implementation.In conclusion,this paper provides some suggestions on the construction of central villages.
