基于高校技术转移项目的统计调查，分析了专利技术转移与产业化的制约因素，并提出了促进中国高校专利技术转移与产业化的对策建议。
According to the statistic results of the investigation on the technology transfer projects in universities,it analyzes the restraint factors of patent technology transfer and industrialization.On this base,it puts forward some countermeasures and proposal about patent technology transfer in universities,in the purpose of impelling the development of patent technology transfer and industrialization in China's universities.
