Empirical Study on Influential Factors of Enterprise Cluster's Innovation Behavior
以长三角三个不同发展模式的企业集群为对象，收集262份样本数据，通过因子分析和回归分析发现创新能力、沟通、技术流程和组织管理显著正向影响集群创新行为，而资源和信任的影响不显著。
Based on the enterprise cluster inovation theory,three enterprise clusters with different development models in different fields of the Yangtze River Delta are chosen to be the object of experimental research and a sample data of 262 actual members is collected. With SPSS11.5 and AMOS4.0,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are implemented to validate model hypothesizes,and the hypotheses,which might influence enterprise cluster innovation behavior,are tested by using multiple regression analysis. The result indicates that innovation abilities,communication,technological process inside the cluster and organizational management all significantly positive influence on enterprise cluster innovation behavior,but the influence of resources and trust are not statistically significant. The findings are valuable for the enterprise cluster innovation theory.
