A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE STAGE AND EFFECT OF THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS OF ZHEJIANG PROVINCE IN CHINA SINCE 1979
分析了1979年以来浙江省行政区划调整的阶段和效果，指出其对经济、社会、政治文明和城市化的影响及存在的问题，并提出改革建议。
Since 1979 ,when the policy of reform and opening to the outside world was carried out in China, the division of administrative areas of Zhejiang province is being adjusted frequently, esp. The urbanized areas; and the reasons are mainly out of the demands of government-leading urbanization. During more than 20 years, the adjustment of the division of administrative areas has had great effect on the development of economy, society and political civilization and on the urbanization. Meanwhile, there exist some serious problems. In this article, on the basis of analyzing the stage and effect of the adjustment of Zhejiang province, some policies and suggestions on the reform of division of administrative areas in China are put forward.
