With the development of residential district and the advancement of legal system,the share method of residential district ground area is more and more complex.At present,there isn't a unified principle or the concrete standard n actual operation.There are different sharing methods everywhere.In order to normalize ground register work,solve the further management problems and maintain the legal rights of the owner,it compares the share methods and gives some suggestions.
