Higher Education and Talent Gathering Investments Conjugate Drive Regional Economic Growth: A Case Study in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces
引入“共轭”概念描述高等教育与人才集聚投资的关系，基于江苏和浙江两省数据，发现两省投资偏离共轭条件，提出各自应调整投资重点以协同驱动经济增长。
Regional development needs higher education investment to cultivate high-quality talents and needs relevant investment to gather. The concept of conjugation is introduced to describe the close relationship betweenthe two investments. There is a conjugate condition betweenthe two investmentsto play a conjugate effect and make conjugate driving forces for economic growth, when regional total and other investment established. We can see from the conjugate driven model and the data of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces:The two investmentsof Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces are far from the conjugate condition. The higher education has it's characteristics of priority in Jiangsu province, and the talent gathering has it's characteristics of priority in Zhejiang province. So, Jiangsu province should make more of talent gathering investment, Zhejiang province should make more of higher education investment. After that, the conjugate driving ofthe two investmentsto the regional economic growth can be realized in the two provinces.
