STUDY ON THE EVALUATING INDICATOR SYSTEM OF THE LEVEL OF CHINESE INFORMATION
分析了国际上衡量信息化水平的指标，尝试建立适合中国的信息化水平评价指标体系，并用主成分法综合评价各省信息化水平，发现各省之间存在显著差异。
This paper analyses some measures of the level of the information in the world, and tries to set up a evaluating indicator system of the level of Information fitting to China. Then the paper complexly evaluates the level of Chinese Provinces by the method of principal components. It is not difficult to find out that there are many differences between Provinces in the development of information.
